You did not address my main point. VoiceOver does not work well. It has potential. Having a screen reader as part of the operating system could be a breakthrough.
Apple had the opportunity to incorporate features from screen readers which have worked with graphical user interfaces for ten years. They did not do this.
Blind students and professionals could not now use VoiceOver to work alongside their sighted colleagues. These are the important facts, not what VoiceOver
could become in five or ten years.
